2024 Groote Post Sauvignon Blanc

After getting used to early harvests the last couple ofyears, this vintage was much later. The reason is muchcooler conditions during the early stages of the growingseason.
These conditions fit Sauvignon Blanc like a glove givinggreater fruit intensity. The wine is 100% tank fermentedwith two moths gross lees contact.
