TASTING NOTES

An inviting Sauvignon Blanc based wine, for everyday enjoyment.
Both the Sauvignon Blanc & Chenin Blanc are fermented in steel tanks that leads to afresh and zesty mouthfeel. The nose shows aromatic flavours of guava and green grass. The palate presents lemon and lime notes, with a medium finish.

WINEMAKERS NOTES 

After getting used to early harvests the last couple of years, this vintage was much later. The reason is much cooler conditions during the early stages of the growing season.
It's all about fruit and approachability with the Sauvignon Blanc giving backbone and the Chenin Blanc fruit 100% steel tank fermentation with limited lees contact.
